How we do it

We combine experience, expertise and rigorous research to identify and assess a broad range of investment opportunities. These insights inform the construction of diversified multi-asset portfolios designed to align with our clients’ objectives.

We have a progressive investment culture; we invest significant time and considerable resources researching and analysing how we construct, monitor and review our portfolios.

We regularly travel to the financial centres in the northern hemisphere exhaustively researching investment solutions. These trips cover market, securities and manager research, as well as research on portfolio construction processes. Learn more about our investment strategy and approach.

Our investment team will have access to the latest technology. An example is ‘Bloomberg’, the industry standard, and a primary source of information on markets and securities. Bloomberg provides one of the most comprehensive ranges of financial information in the world. As with most other managers globally, the challenge for Caliber is not in securing information – this is now accessible on a vast scale – it is developing the discipline and processes to manage this information to deliver results for our clients.

We undertake a number of research trips to Australia each year, as many financial institutions from developed markets, namely the US, UK and Europe, as well as Asia, have offices in Sydney and Melbourne.
